-The RCE Trial Xpedition Series is an event designed to test Truck and Driver in a “full day of wheeling” over multiple dates throughout the year.

TRAIL Xpedition SERIES

Overview

-The RCE Trial Xpedition Series is an event designed to test Truck and Driver in a “full day of wheeling” over multiple dates throughout the year.

– Each driver completing an event will earn Raffle ticket(s) for prizes to be drawn at the conclusion of the series (Oct). The more events you attend, the more tickets you’ll receive. 

-Trails at RCE will be utilized along with additional locations to be determined.  

-Each daily event will run at least 3 hours, but may run longer depending on Location.

-Drivers will progress through the Trails following “Gentlemen’s Rules”

Gentlemen’s Rules.

– Stay within the boundaries of the course and on the trail.

– Please Do not touch your truck. If you roll over, or get stuck, you may winch or you may have another driver help you right yourself. 

– If a driver incurs a mechanical failure on the trail, they may make the repair to continue. If the repair cannot be made you will not receive credit for the event

– Please drive in the spirit of the event.

-Drivers will check in at multiple checkpoints throughout the event. 

-Each time a driver checks in they will have their scorecard marked for progression through that checkpoint. 

– At some Checkpoints, there may be a “Drivers Challenge” that, when completed, will be marked on the scorecard. Drivers will receive Raffle tickets for each challenge completed. 

– All challenges will be posted before the event to help you in preparation for the event.

– Drivers should have the proper tools and Scale items with them to complete the Drivers Challenges.  (Tools, batteries, scale accessories that help to facilitate the completion of those challenges)

– Strongly recommended (but not required) scale accessories could include a winch, tow ropes, jerry cans, spare tire, jack or lift, cooler, chain saw,

Driver Challenges (not a complete or absolute list)

– You have a flat Tire = Driver must remove a tire and reinstall that tire.

– You ran out of gas = Driver must change battery. 

– There is a tree across the trail = Driver must pull the tree off the trail to progress

– You lost your buddy = Driver waits for the next Driver to enter the Checkpoint

– There is a rig rolled over = You must right the rig before you can continue. 

– ALL challenges will be posted before the event

Each driver will have the opportunity to receive raffle tickets through participation and completion of each event and drivers challenges during those events.
